Hi,

My AOS was admitted on the 23rd of January 2009 as per the NOA's I received. The I-485 is yet not accessible online, but I was able to view the I-131 and I-765 case status as of today(02-03-2009). The I-131 & I-765 were last touched on 01-30-2009. Should I be optimistic and expect Biometrics appointment letters in a few days time. How much time does it usually take for Biometrics appointment letters to arrive. And when they issue an appointment, how soon is it normally in terms of days or weeks. My second question is that will I have to have two appointments or is it going to one one appointment for both the applications.

Regards.

You will have biometrics for I-485 and I-765. Biometrics not required for the I-131.

You could be scheduled for two appointments... When you go to the first have them do both

YMMV

Thanks payxibka,

Since my I-485 is not online, I am not sure if the file has been touched. I am just hoping, I dont get RFE's. Do you think that I could be getting the appointments anytime sooner. Also, what takes place at the biometrics? Does one get questioned or interviewed??? What should I expect when i show up?

Thanks

Appointments are made by the ASC so it will depend on how busy they are

expect fingerprints and photo taken... nothing more

YMMV
