I just tried to call USCIS and I keep getting bumped out of the call loop. The recording kept telling me to call back between the hours of 8-6 Mon-Fri. It is 10:15 on a Tuesday morning. Anyone else having problems?

Whenever I call, what a true delight!, I always hit the * and then 1. This gets me to a human, I think, and then explain what you need....

Wow very interesting information. At what point in the loop do you do this. Immediately? I am going to try it today.

I tried calling USCIS this morning (Wednesday), at 8:05-10 am. What an exercise in frustration. I'm going to try the *1 option suggested. I'd be thrilled to get some information.

Thats always happens to me when i try to get thorugh. i remember just speaking with one human once very long time ago when i started the K1 visa process. ive called regarding my husband AOS but its just impossible to get thorught to someone. :'(

I have given up calling that number. It seems like those are all contractors anyway. Although I guess you can ask to speak with a IO.
