Interview per my filipina wife

She had a 7am appointment, and arrived at 5am. She said there were about 200 there... I wonder if many were there for various other reasons. The pre-screener, and American woman, was very kind and smiled a lot. That person made my wife feel so comfortable. That was at 6:30. The only proof of relationship stuff they pulled was some pictures that SHE brought, not all the ones I sent. I sent her 20 pounds of stuff! hehehe... they didnt touch a bit of that. Only the forms... and the pictures.

The questions were easy, and she was able to answer them casually, honestly. They wre questions like "whre did you meet him" and "how old is he?". The consul also told her that she doesnt know what my job, CNA is, and she asked ehr to tell her about it (am sure she knew... hehe... ). But my wife also knew, and explained it with great ease and comfort. It was like she was talking to a friend. She said the interviewer and I sound the same, same accent.. hehe.

She was approved, received the pink copy. She said it was an adventure and excitingg and fun.

She is the principal of an elementary school, and the school year will be over end of April, so she wants to come here the first week of May so that there is no disruption to the students or teachers, and so that the new principal will be able to start fresh, rather than having to finish out a school year for my wife at the tail end. My wife also wants to be sure to be there for the national achievement tests in March for her students. And I undedrstand that. She wants to finish strong, and do the right things. But she will be flying here Sunday, May 3, to be with me forever....
