Right after i had my interview for my CR1 Visa. The consular officer gave my son and me with 2 letters each for my son and myself. There are under condition 221 (g) *Administrative processing. I am wondering how long it supposes to take up to be called? Any of you guys had this experience?

04/04/2007 K1 Interview from H...w/the devil herself

06/12/2007 Rec'd Notification Case Now Back In Calif. only to expire

02/23/2008 Mailed CR1 application today

03/08/2008 NOA1 Notice Recd (notice date 3/4/08)

08/26/2008 File transfered fr Vermont to Calif

10/14/2008 APPROVALLLLLLLLLLLL

10/20/2008 Recd hard copy NOA2

10/20/2008 NVC Recd case

11/21/2008 CASE COMPLETE

01/15/2009 INTERVIEW

01/16/2009 VISA IN HAND

01/31/2009 ARRIVED OKC

What exactly does the letter say?

Section 221(g) which prohibits the issuance of a visa to anyone whose application does not comply with the provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act or regulation issued pursuant thereto. The following remarks apply in your case:*

Administrative Processing

If so have your hubby get his senator working on it ASAP.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Pls give me more explanation ... what does that really mean? Does it mean some thing serious or bad?

Administtrative Review can mean a number of things. I think it's best to get started getting help now.

I-130 for Two Step Children

App Recieved by USCIS: April 13, 2010

Notice Date: April 19, 2010
