When Malek learns a new trick his sleep is always affected. It's like you take two steps forward and one step back.

Congrats on the 8 lbs!! Are you weighing in tonight also?

I hope you get a little more rest until you have to get up and visit. Darn that Aunt Flo......

Hey all! I hope everyone is doing well - good luck with the WW Tasha and Kelz - I hope it's a successful weigh-in.

Kel - sorry about Aunt Flo - are you bummed cuz you didn't know she was coming or you were trying to create a bubby or sissy for Zaid?

Y'all, I hardly ever ask for prayers, but good friends of mine who have been married 3.5 years and they're removing conditions (not VJ'rs) - are in major crisis - the wife has stage IV breast cancer as she had an MRI on Thursday where the cancer has spread to her spine. The doctors don't believe there is anything they can do as it now will all be about how to control the pain. They didn't want to tell me because of the pregnancy, but I told them that they could count on us for anything - it is just a tragedy as she is only 37.:cry::cry::cry:

I'm awake and swilling coffee. I have shopping and banking to do this morning. Ugh.

Happy Tuesday, everyone!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I am so sorry Staashi. She is so young. It seems like you see breast cancer sooner now a days. I had a friend that I work with that is her age and was diagnosed in August of this year. She chose to have a bilateral masectomy and has since undergone reconstruction. It's sad that this lady is in Stage IV.....May God bless her and keep her comfortable.

Good Morning !

Just another day at the office and man am I tired!

I need to have X amount of sleep to feel rejuveniated. I dunno how some people can function on less than 6 hours.

Been there, done that...sometimes 2 hours sometimes no sleep at all. Those days are gone. Unless of course another baby creeps into the picture. I am not ready for that yet. I dont know if I will be. As cute as they are it is alot of work and I have done that 3x already. My youngest is 9. It has been a long time since changing diapers, sleepless nights and packing up everything but the kitchen sink.

Tasha...Kelly....CONGRATULATIONS....dont knock the small amount of pounds, actually that is quite BIG and not easy....I havent done one iota....keep up the good work...YOU CAN DO IT!!!

I am looking forward to hearing about some new arrivals this year tho....staashi....badr's love, charles and nessa....missing anyone???

anyway we got a tiny snow cover and little spritz of rain...nothing much...just wet and slippery out

last night for our anniversary I gave my husband a little 101 in public transit down to the city for his work and then we went to the auto show.....I hate having to see things I cant have....ah well maybe some day

it is ok to dream

have a good day

i really hope we dont get 6 more weeks of winter
