I have. I've sent a card to my husband late last year (and it was over the top big card) and it took about 2 weeks to get to him. And I've sent another one for the Valetines Day and hopefully the parcel would reach him before that special day.

My sweet loving fiance sent me Christmas card second week of December till now im still waiting to be delivered at my doorstep :crying::no: That's the price of sending at peak season but for ordinary days hope to reach the recipient 10 to 14 days if you reside at Manila area. :)

There won't be any problems at all if you send stuff to the United States by the Philippine Post Office. Nobody's looking for money from the Philippines to the United States. I sent my husband a book, lots of birthday, christmas card and post cards. They all got to him pretty fast maybe two weeks the most.

I sent him the book, key chains, card and pictures ordinary mail and I paid 115 pesos in 2006. I don't know how much they charge now. I used a bubble envelope.

I used to send through LBC. 160 pesos for regular mail (way back 2004-2006) which would usually take 15-20 days, if I'm not mistaken it costs 1,000 pesos for door-to-door delivery of which you can track your mail, maybe 3-5 days ( i could be wrong though).

I've been sending my ex fiance, now husband :D greetings cards(with or without occasions) weekly for almost 2yrs while i was in the Philippines and i've encountered no problems

EMS is less than 800,there are Philpost booth in SM malls if it's hard for you to go to the post office, they're usually located at the lower ground floor.it'll just take 5-7 working days to arrive :)
