Ive just thought after the interview they did not give me my passport back, maybe im being stupid here.

Is this normal?

Also how long do i wait until i get my passport back, my flight is booked for the 20th June. I payed to get the visa before 8am, but ive not got it yet.

They keep your passport to put the visa in it!

If you paid for Express Courier it should be there. Most of the time even by regular delivery it's there within 3 days.

Yep, they usually have it ready in 2 days, then allow a few days more until delivery.

Would they take your passport from you and keep it if you had:

1. Been denied

2.Needed a waiver?

or would they give it back?

yes, yes i know im being silly,I just cant believe after 9 months i have the visa.

I know a gal in the waivers forum. Her fiance had his interview and they had to file a waiver. He got his passport back and was told if the waiver gets approved they will pick it up for the visa to be added later.
