Yes, it is enough. If you have verifiable income they will not even look at a bank letter. I gave the I-134, tax return, employment letter, bank letter and check stubs. They looked at the I-134, detached everything else and gave it back to me, never looked at it.

I'm all for giving the USCIS more than they ask for or need. It never hurts to have too much information, but on the other hand, not enough can cause problems. You are obviously serious about doing your petition, give them serious information and don't cut corners. An official bank statement on official bank letter head is the way to go.
