when did file ... 2.5 years that very long time ? im so exhausted of wating why tak so much time .. i welcome any thing i just want to see some action on my case

Hanah Congrats, I'm happy everything went will for you, I am expecting an RFE for Moral character as well since I didn't send it with my application, I lived in Boston with my wife, after we separated I moved to NJ, I went back to Boston to get the police certificate but they said they have no record in the system and cannot issue me a certificate until USCIS request it, also I went to the local police dept. here in NJ for the certificate, they said I needed a ssn. So yea I am expecting a RFE for that, and maybe a few more things...

Thanks, yea I figure I wait for the RFE then take it to the local police and the police in Boston, and I really hate going back to Boston, so much memories I have to deal with, and the worries of having to run into my wife, she's the last person this planet I ever want to see.. And I miss my daughter, I haven't seen her in almost 2 years, but hopefully I get approved that way I know I can see my kid for sure.

Filed in February 2007....yes,its been a long while...and there was no status change...no touches..nothing...called several times...no good response...

BUT,hang in there...

I recieve my I-360 approval dec 07 and just recieved my interview date for the 12th of this month.

Same day as bubbles!!

what documents are you taking...apart from the IDs,EAD..any bank statements? anything else?

:whistle:I sent a letter to Senators and Congressman of my State/Constituents about my case I-360 and I also signed the Privacy Act Release Form they fax me, which after I signed it I quickly faxed it back. They said they will inquire about my case and seek immediate action on my case. That is a relief right there. Now I can crossed my fingers and patiently waiting for action on my behalf. God bless America !!!

Dear All,

I received my NOA 1 for I 485, I 765 and I 131 last week and the fee was waived. I want to wish happy new year 2010 to all of you. I was extremely sick from the past one week. This stress is taking a toll on my health now. I don't know what to do? I just pray to God to give blessings and strength to all of us to come out of this.

:star:Yahya54, I told you earlier that they will approved your case soon because they are working on your Timeline right now. They are actually processing Oct, Nov and Dec, 2008 right now. You will be finally approved this Friday or latest by next week Friday watch out ! Like I said before last week. I wish you good luck in your coming approval. There will be lots of approval or updates in the next 2-3 weeks that is why I encourage guys in here earlier in my post to share their news regardless of the outcome because you might help someone or you might be help before you make further mistake or error. We are here for each other to advice and to console one another.
