Not sure whats going on ...

I see on the site that a RFE was sent on 18th Nov and then again there is an update on my app on 23 Nov..anyone has similar status on their application? I havent recieved any RFE by mail yet.

I hope that is true, although i doubt that. I filed Nov 2008, so its been a year with two prima facies and waiting for the next mail now.What about you?

you dont have to file another i-485 and paid another 1010$ after your i360 approve you go farwared with old one and you attorney he sholud includ the copy of the i-485(the old one) with your pitition i360 vawa . that what i did .yes you can still use the i-485 the on you alredy file with i-130

any body file vawa i360 VSC they have to have his\her immigration recorde

as far appling for waiver im not sur you can get on for i485

yahya54 and anonymous09 I think you both will get approve very soon as other people who have recieved rfe or primefacie, get the approval very soon. Best of luck to you both and all others also who are waiting.

congrat at your approvel ...when you go to the interview the immigration officer will NOT ask you any thing regard vawa

all the qustion it will be i 485 so its up to you YOU DONT HAVE TO but most poeple do it shoudnt be aproblem if you go BACK IN THIS FORUM you will see couple of poeple want to the interview and the have explian the interview

by the way how lomg your vawa take to approve

Are you sending AOS also along with VAWA and also did you have any pending AOS at present?

No.. I m sending just the I-360.. I have no AOS pending...

where to send it exactly im confused which vermont center I send my I-360... I live MN

Sent it to Vermont Service center, Write ATTN: VAWA UNIT in big red letters

N-400 Naturalization

04th Dec, 2012 - N-400 filed

12th Dec, 2012 - NOA Received

14th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Letter Received

26th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Completed

11th Jan, 2013 - Placed inline for Interview

07th Mar, 2013 - Scheduled for interview

16th Apr, 2013 - Interview Date

16th Apr, 2013- US Citizen (End of USCIS Journey)

Yahya54- this is my second RFE. I got the first RFE sometime in feb and sent it back in two weeks.My first prima facie expired in september 2008. How about you ? whats the situation?
