Yes I know, you are right thats why I said it depends on the level of incident. Thats why some case adjudicated earlier than other because it base on the urgency and the level of incident. Trust me they favor female victim than male victim because female face more than male in violence.

Its the truth that female are always going through lot of Pain & Sufferings than Male and it doesn't me male are not victim under female's violence. If you see in percentage wise its always female the most suffering because of Male and also Female too.

Can you define what your statement is trying to say? IMHO most here are applying to USCIS to stay/come to America where everyone is to be treated equal male / female. To say one suffers more than another can/is offensive to anyone in an abusive case, are they not??

Hey guys I received my 2nd Extension Of Prima Facie Determination today dated issued on 11/07/2009 from my lawyer today

yes that right.. on of the member her send him approve 2 weeks after issuing the prima facie

They didn't update my case but they touched my case 4 days in a row right after they issued my 2ND Prima Facie determination. 2ND Prima Facie(Extension) was issued on the Nov, 7th and they touched my case after then for 4 days in a row, touched on Nov, 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th....so there must be more to it beside the extension of Prima Facie issued.

Thats why I thought is was weird when you said that your case was touched on November 11, Wednesday. Nov 11 was Veterans Day, federal holiday. All federal and government agencies were supposed to be closed that day.
