You guys have been my back bone throughout this journey and there's not enough word for me to say thank you for everything, especiall etwn, omg you've been by my side every day and held me up when I lost all hope. Thank you so much. Everyone I was approved this morning and I'm in shock I can't believe it. Omg I'm just in shock and I really can't even speak right now.

Congratulations, I'm so happy for you. I guess, I can't call you lost in nj anymore, since you have found your way. Let us know what happens next. As for me, my I-485 was transferred to NBC in MO, waiting for an interview date, just like yours.

To EWTN, don't lose hope, you are always in my prayers.

How long ago was your I-485 transferred to NBC? Do u know about how long NBC is taking to give an interview date? And did you get biometrics appointment?

I believe it was transferred around 9/22 when my I-360 was approved. I don't know how long it takes for NBC to schedule an interview, but I will ask my lawyer. I haven't received biometrics appointment as of yet, but when USCIS asked for RFE such as police clearance, the county where I reside told me that they don't issue those anymore and that I have to go for fingerprinting instead, I forgot the name of the office/company but I remember it was in Newark. Anyways, I'll find out and let you know.

DEAR FRIENDS !!!!!!!!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR KEEPING ME IN YOUR PRAYERS....As of now, no answer, no touches, no updates.... Finally my lawyer sent a letter requesting status of my case to Vermont office last week because my next calendar hearing is coming up and the judge did not want to cancel my proceeding process against me until receive an answer from VAWA .

PLEASE KEEP PRAYING FOR ME !!!

Abuse: Letter from Therapist, 1 affidavit from her friend that witnessed the abuse, medical bills with description of injuries.

Good Faith: We have a daughter together, post cards from friends and family addressed to both of us, showing mutual address when we got married, tickets showing I visited her every weekend for 9 month when we first met until we moved in together, joint phone bill, affidavit from friends and family attesting to the good faith of the marriage, my own personal declaration, very detailed, from the time we met to the time I moved out, Actually I only had 4 affidavits, 1 from her friend, 1 from our mutual friend, 1 from a family member and 1 from my therapist. And that was it, no joint bank accounts or nothing, I explained why there was no co mingling assets.

Unfortunately when I filed in the beginning I didn't include some of information that can help, like filling taxes, backgrounds from police.

Hi lostinnj, for what it's worth, the fingerprinting office where I went in Newark is called SAGEM MORPHO, they also have an office in Parsippany.

By the way, how was your interview with the airline? As for me, I got a second job [part-time], although on Monday, my first day, the manager asked to see my approval notice.

Honestly that is strange that it is a second RFE.

I'm still confused with dates. I called them but they couldn't tell me why two dates are different.

I received an email on 10/20/09 but on their web site yesterday appeared they mailed on may 22 ?
