Sept. 2004 - Met my now ex-husband

Oct. 2005 - Got married

June 2006 - I-130 approved

Aug. 2006 - Hubby became very abusive, alcoholic/drug addict, completely different person

- Went to the shelter, husband went to jail for DV

Nov. 2007 - I left him and tried to survive on my own, working different jobs. My previous attorney gave me an idea about I-360

June 2008 - Finally saved some money to file for I-360

- A week after got a prima facie

Oct. 2008 - my attorney only filed for I-360 and I-765

I was so nervous this morning but Within just five mins the officer told me that he is going to approve me.after such a

long and sad journey i got this approval.I am so happy.

Here's the interview detailed:-

After calling my name me and my atterony followed the officer to his room. He told me to take a seat.after that

he again told me to take a oath for telling truth. Then he asked about my medical after giving him my sealed

medical examination report he checked my medical examination report. Then he asked me the first question

what is you name?when you enter USA. did you enter USA as a us citizen or spouse visa. i said Spouse visa.

then he asked what's you father and mother name.then he started 6-7 question about I-485 application

like....Have you ever been a member of any communist party?

have you ever deported from USA? Then within five mins he told me he is going to approve me.

Dear friends of this Journey,

I'm so excited when one of us got approved, notice of actions, approved EAD, etc. It's very encoureging to know that someone got relief :star:

From my side I would say that this is how I've been feeling lately --------> :girlwerewolf2xn:

:reading:I've been waiting for 16 months and 23 days to get approved my I-360 :reading:

I'm getting anxiety again :pop: As some of you may remember I have never being requested for RFE by VSC and got 1 prima facie letter back in April 2009 only. I called USCIS 2 weeks ago and yesterday received a letter stating that I have not provided key info during my inquiering call ( receipt #, filing date, Alien #, etc) which it's totally acquired because I did. I also sent copy of prima facie and wrote a letter as simple as possible, indicanting that my case receipt's date is earlier than normal processing times shown in their website, but I'm still waiting. No touches lately, no news, nothing.......... Any advice out there? ( Besides to keep waiting :clock: ). After their news from yesterdsay on immigration website I also sent them an email... I just want an anser no matter what it could be/ happen.... I need to take decisions and the whole immigrations thing is holding on :help:

Thanks all for your attention and support  ,

Thank you very much for your replays but most of it for keeping me in your prayer... I saw that they have touched my case today, but status has not change: it's still pending... Better than nothing, right? :star:

I'm possitive that GOD is in control and He will lead me wherever He wants me to go. :goofy: It's been a long and stressful road for me ( and I bet for all of us), so at this time, I pray for accepting His Will if they don't approve my case. It would be very frustrated and sad for me but He has a plan for each of us and I need to accept it without understanding.

Guys..... :star: I'll keep you posted if anything else change in my case again and I DID APPRECIATE every single of your encouraging words. Thank you VERY MUCH for every single word, replay, response that I have received since the first day that I came to this forum. (F) It's been like having a family here with your support!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give you a HUG right now
