hmmmm, i would put b1 b2 visa and in the expires part put the date that it expired in 1997...remember that if ur vawa gets approved overstaying ur visa is forgiven BESIDES,,,,, leaving the US and entering again.....

Hey Lostin NJ congratulations :thumbs: can you tell us who filed for you I-485 and I-765, where did you file it to, did you pay filing fee or did you just send a waiver, did you attach anything along with your I-485/I-765 forms? anything else should we know when we are doing the same thing?

05/06/2013 - Received NOA's for all three forms; all dated 05/01/2013

I filed the i-765 and i-485 myself, I payed 1,010.00 for everything. I attacted copies of i-360 petition, copies of all my prima facie, birth certificate, passport photos, medical examination, copy of my biographic information on my passport, copies of i-94 card back and front, copy of my expired visa, I think that's it. It took 3 weeks to be approved

but I did got my I765 approved under the AOS package, so if my I360 approved, I would still leave the US?

Did anyone has the samiliar issue as me?

I am now divorced with my ex wife, and MY I-130 I-485 and I-765 ( approved)

I now planning to file I-360, should I still reapply My I765 and I485 again?

Does anyone knows how USCIS proess this kinda of situation? Could I carry from my I-130 to my I360?

you dont need to file another i485 . you could still use the old one when you have your i 360 approve

did your ex withdrew your i130. if so its not any good but when you file 1360 you can file i 765 alon with vawa

Yahya, my ex wife did not withdraw my I-130, i have heard that someone mentioned that we could adjust Priority Date for your I-360 to I-130?

is that true?

you mentioned that I could used the OLD I-485 if my I360 approved,

what should I write to the USCIS when i filed my I-360, also my current EDA will expired on April 2010, since i am divorced already, does that mean

I would have to re-file the a NEW EAD again???
