Different reasons. things are not working out for me here, the only reason I came here it was to be with the person I was in loved with, obviously it didn't go as I expected it, I decided to stay anyway because I was to scared to go back home and I felt like I had a life here, I got a nice job, car, aplace to stay but my EAD expired and I lost pretty much everything.

I got a new EAD and I started working to get everything back, I got a job in the "Happiest place on earth" and I met someone very special, he is form a different country and he's going there to finish his masters and I decided to go there with him and give it a shot. I have nothing left here and i think it is well worth it.

:star:KoshkaMoshka :star: , as far as I had read, they're not going to ask you anything regarding to your vawa case. They will ask you simple questions: name, current address, if you're divorced already, etc. (if so, it would be helpful to bring your decree of divorce). Usually after couple weeks of your interview, your GC arrives in your mailbox, BUT keep in mind that USCIS website says that card production is taking up to 8 weeks now because something is been updated in their system. Instead, they could stamp your passport at the interview or at your Embassy for now until you receive the original card (take your passport with you when you go to the interview - nothing to lose, you know....).

Pretty sure they are back on track it was taking over 8 weeks but acvcording to the times lines in other forums it is coming in as little as a week.

Card delay message from back in May :)

card production delays
