How's everybody doing? I just received a RFE today, regarding joint residence and good faith? Does it mean I'll just focus on gathering evidence of the two. Or I'll should get more evidence of the abuse? Any opinion?

Just focus on what they are asking.... how long ago did you apply? It seems that you already proved the abuse, however the other things are still missing evidence... just my opinion :star:

nov 04 Went to interview by myself, told officer will aplly for vawa

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

09/03 EAD arrived in the mail!! ufa!

10/03 Sent letter to renew prima facie and inquire about vawa status.

10/05 I360 touched- changed to "Request for evidence review" (WTH????)

11/27 Recieved prima facie extension

11/30 VAWA APPROVED!!!! yupiiiiiiiiiiiiii12/04 I360 Touched

12/22 Interview noticed for 01/23/12

12/26 Interview canceled by USCIS

Thank you for your quick response inpeace... it almost 10 months when I submitted my application. I'm having a headache right now thinking what else I will send to them about good faith and joint residence... I don't know what to send to them anymore... whhhheeewwwww :whistle:

well, they ask me for more evidence . so far i have already rewrite my decleration .waiting for my lawyer next week to talk to me. hope he will send to them soon.i also need to renew my EAD .

what kind of evidence did you give to them second time? for me i write longer than the first time. i don;t know what else to give to them

It looks like you have ead, and adjustment of status filed. I just filled I-360 alone, i don't know if that could be a factor. stay patience my friend

hi everone, i aplly for vawa in may of 2011. This is my timeline 04/28/11 sent all aplications to vermont. 05/05/11 uscis accept 05/10/11 initial reveiw 06/08/11 finger printer note for 06/22/11. What about prima facie i haven't recibe anything about yet. I'm so nervous...

luccy the must important evidence in mentally abuse case its statement of you pshicologist

i never personally visit a phyologist. is the counseller;s letter enough?

Inpeace the only action that I ave is my i485 and that one ave been transfered to nbc.my i360 has not been touch since 2010.my lawyer says it not time to expedite my case I wonder when it wil be time.yes I know it so depressing,sometimes I wonder if the person viewing ma case got a stroke and was hospitalized.lol.maybe that y my case is taking so freaken long.or went on a vacation.

I know is very frustrating and unbearable. Getting an RFE after 10months is just something that one can't understand, after 10 months all you can hope for is an APPROVAL. But folks hold on tied don't give up and don't loose faith. It is coming and it will be a positive outcome.
