1- please after sing in go to section "settings " you can find in top of right corner of page

2- then , in the page of your option please choose tab bar "profile" the go to this section

3- in the left corner of page , row 3 you can see "change Signature" please choose this and go to it

4- write every thing you like.....:P

5- that 's it B-):D

well more evidence about the abuse. my friend wrote a letter about the abuse but it is a litter different from my decleation

i confused between setting this websit and add profit to uscis website, sorry :blush:

so if i correct understanding your meaning, you sign to immigration website and add your case number . yes, that is correct and you can also setting "Mobile Alert" and "Email Alert" each one or both !:P:D

after this setting i hope , you / we will just only receive good news a bout case :)

how was your evidence preparing? hope you and I can go through this soon.after this time evidence. i don't know what should i give to them anymore

If they want evidence of the abuse, you should send anything that you have that supports your claim, like police reports, doctors letters, hospital reports. Just a letter from your friend might not be sufficient proof. Good luck!! :star:

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

08/31 new card ordered (again??)

09/01 notice of approval of I765... (where is my VAWA approval??? God help me...)

Hello everyone..I've been a lurker of this website for a while now and I've learned A LOT from all of you. I have some issues concerning my mother's VAWA application. She applied in 2008 after my step dad ran away and left with a lot debt and so many things went on that I don't even want to get into. When we applied, our lawyer forgot to include my name as one of my mom's children on her application( they claimed it was the immigration's error) and they have been trying to add my name for the past two years. They've sent letters and letters and even spoke with an immigration judge. All we keep hearing is that they'll get back to us. Its been over 2 years now and my mom has received her green card and I still don't have anything. Our lawyer is demanding that we pay an extra fee and they may have to file another I-360 for me (im over 21 now..i was 19 when they first "filed"). I'm not really sure what to do. I was thinking about going to the local immigration office or something. What should I do people? im lost and confused. Why didnt they reply? Should I go ahead and apply for I360 separately?

Thank you for your reply. My little brother was also a step child and he received his green card last week so I don't think it matters if i'm a step child or actual child. When my mom and brother went for their interview, they said that I should have been included and that they will look into. I'm sure my lawyer just forgot to include my name in the application..one of the lawyers told me that and they are trying to deny it...and thats where the problem started. My lawyer said I can either wait for the immigration's response or apply for VAWA separately. I was affected in some ways. So i Dont know what to do. I hope I made myself clear..

I do understand that your brother got his green card because he was included in the application. What you should ask the lawyer is that can you still apply separately.

wow i was looking at lostinnj's journey timeline thing and its kinda the same as mine except i started later. i hope this doesnt drag on for years. RFE's scare me. any other men out there who have filed for VAWA? im in NJ too i couldnt get help for the longest time.
