11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/11 lawyer drop off a copy of I360 for the IO

12/15 Prima faice received

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

12/31 I360 touched

08/04 Apply for EAD renew

08/18 receive NOA

08/26 new card ordered

Feb 21st - receipt notice received

Feb 27th - prima facie received

March 18th - letter for biometrics appointment for April 15th

April 15th - biometrics appointment done

May 15th - EAD approved

May 20th - received EAD card

Sept 23rd - RFE received

Dec 14th - RFE response send

Feb 17th 2012 - filed for EAD renewal

Feb 23rd - received an email from USCIS: I360 APPROVED!!!

Feb 23rd - transferred my case to NBC

Feb 24th - receipt notice for EAD renewal

March 7th - RFE issued for EAD

March 13th - RFE response send

March 29th - EAD renewal approved

hey did you send anything to them yet? I applied AUGUST 2010 .today i got a email. they said they need more evidence after waiting this long.

i probably got the same thing. so tell me what you decide to do. i feel like i have already send them everything.

My RFE response was sent Jan 13, 2011. Approval April 20, 2011.

11/04 I485 touched (still on initial review)

11/21 officer called lawyer about the I485 (btw: really nice IO)

12/10 apply for VAWA, without background check

12/18 sent background check, also sent a letter to IO asking to expedite the I485 to vermont to be linked with I360

To day i have and recive online email below from immigration. they tuch my Cas ( traveling document ) and want evidence i don't know what need evidence.so do any guys anf friends has same experience.

How did your interview go?

Hello Murid2010:

My AOS interview went great. Only 10 minutes.

They APPROVED me. :no::no:

After 15 months, I am very happy and very relieved..I was very nervous before that.

They asked basic questions from I-485 applications like full name, SSN, date of birth.

He also wanted to see my divorce cerificate... luckily, I had that.

I wish you and everone the very best. It will be over soon..

Am glad it went well. As for me am still waiting for my Interview Appointment. I made an InfoPass but they said they have to get my T-FILE from Vermont before they can call me for an interview. The lady at the window ask me to call customer and ask them to request for my T-FILE from vermont to local office. I told her that the customer service will not do that due to nature of case. So she got pissed off and said you trying teach me my job and I simply tell no am not. Then I ask for a Supervisor who then said I can't request that over the phone, she will send the request for me right away....

Now just sitting and hoping for the best

Finally I received email today that my Green Card in production and it will take 1 month to produce. and usual letter for address change etc.

AOS is approved . My journey is over. Now I can go back to my Engineering job.. Thank god.

Who are in process and still waiting.. Please be patient It will end soon.
