Hello Everyone,

I filed for I-360, I-485 and I-765 in mid-Feb. Receipt notice for I-765 is dated on Feb 28th, 2011. I did my biometrics on April 19th, 2011. It's been almost a month since the biometrics appointment and in 10 days it will be almost 3 months since the filing of I-765. I have not heard any updates. My lawyer recommends that we should wait for 90 days (end of May) and if we haven't heard anything by then we will call the hotline number to follow up.

Yes I know... This is extremely nerve wrecking... I am having sever panic attacks because of these incompetent people. After 13 Months they send me RFE? Very strange.. even my lawyer said it is very strange... Usually RFE is within the first 6 months of filing the I-360....

But Whatever... Since when do they ever stick to their processing times or format or anything... My lawyer thinks that they are just trying to show their boss that they are working. I noticed that quite a few people a long time ago got RFE's after 1-1.5 years, but I did not notice that lately...

I don't know.. I am so depressed. Today I asked my lawyer to expedite my EAD that will expire in 3 weeks. He wrote his letter, I wrote my letter, and I got a letter from HR, and my manager saying this will be a detrimental financial loss to me and to the company. I also got a letter from my doctor that this whole process is taking a major toll to my already deteriorating health...

I will keep you guys updated whenever I get this stupid RFE... I don't know what else I could possibly provide for them.

Oh, I almost forgot... I checked USCIS today they touched my I-360 case again today... Only God knows why..

Did they gave any specifics about what they want( evidence of abuse, good faith?)? I feel for you guys... this is so frustrating...

Tuna may be is about your decalaration. If that is the case, be very specific and make sure you don't contradict yourself from the past decalaration you send them. My own decalaration was 5 pages then they send me RFE then I reply with 7 page statement. I was approved 3 months later.

Your declaration is considered as an evidence of abuse and your police reports can be a reference to prove that an actual abuse has occurred.

AM SOOOO sad.when some people are getting approval and touches for their i360,mine is at a stand still,am stressed up and confused i dont know what to do.what am i living for?my i485 has been sent to nbc for speedy process without the i360 approval(what????).i ave not hard any rfe or whatsoever.i ave realy missed my family.i cry eveyday in bed,when am i ever going to be happy.

Don't worry. I know this will sound like a cliche...but please be patient. I know this is not easy, but God is with us. And we are lucky to have friends here to support us. Take care of yourself and eventually everything will fall in place...It is just a matter of time....trust me. I've been through a similar journey....and I know what you're going through...

Good things happens to only those who wait. I know how you feel right now, someday it will all be over then you can smile again in life. Be patient, be strong and let time go by. Don't put all your mind on it try engage your self in other activities and keep your self busy. Approval is on the way........
