oh lord!!!!.i just received the mail(i485) explaining why they send my application to nbc.it says they want to speed up process.dang ony dat?.am disappointed,my lawyer called in about my i360 they also says she should wait till 3o days comes in.we ave already waited for 30days.and we ave to do it again.oh Lord plse help me.

Hello Everyone,

Today I got an email for an RFE... I do not know what it is for.. What else can I possibly send them? My Declaration was 27 pages long.. full detail... FULL DETAIL. I have affidavits from freinds, family, employer, manager...

I have joint bank account, joint car title, joint utility bill, joint lease...

Basically, I don't know what it could be, but I will keep u guys posted.

Hi Guys,

Yes I know... This is extremely nerve wrecking... I am having sever panic attacks because of these incompetent people. After 13 Months they send me RFE? Very strange.. even my lawyer said it is very strange... Usually RFE is within the first 6 months of filing the I-360....

But Whatever... Since when do they ever stick to their processing times or format or anything... My lawyer thinks that they are just trying to show their boss that they are working. I noticed that quite a few people a long time ago got RFE's after 1-1.5 years, but I did not notice that lately...

I don't know.. I am so depressed. Today I asked my lawyer to expedite my EAD that will expire in 3 weeks. He wrote his letter, I wrote my letter, and I got a letter from HR, and my manager saying this will be a detrimental financial loss to me and to the company. I also got a letter from my doctor that this whole process is taking a major toll to my already deteriorating health...

I will keep you guys updated whenever I get this stupid RFE... I don't know what else I could possibly provide for them.

Tuna may be is about your decalaration. If that is the case, be very specific and make sure you don't contradict yourself from the past decalaration you send them. My own decalaration was 5 pages then they send me RFE then I reply with 7 page statement. I was approved 3 months later.

that where most cases got delayed .i think the declaration have descrapancy ,you can fix it well if you explain the truth for what they may think you say two difrent things .they may be find discrpancy on your 1 story and 2 story if you send two declaration or just one .discrpancy always on every declaration even events dates .

that what left if you send everything they need .

prepar your self for a new declaration explain well the discrpancy they require about .good luck .Allah bless everyone

According to the RFE i got they said my personal statement did not meet the definition of extreme cruelty or battery, so they asked me to explain how i was social isolated, verbal abuse, physical abuse etc and give specific situation like a story telling time. How it happen who said what, who left the residence etc.......... It will also help to explain how your life change after the abuse.

To anyone who have an idea or experience;

My I-360 was approved and now am just waiting for my I-485 which was filled with my I-130 to be linked to my approved I-360. Does anyone know how long am seriously thinking about sending a new I-485 because this is really frustrated and I can't stop thinking about the whole process to be over.

To those waiting for approval hang in there God/Allah is with all of you and by his power you shall be approved.

According to the RFE i got they said my personal statement did not meet the definition of extreme cruelty or battery, so they asked me to explain how i was social isolated, verbal abuse, physical abuse etc and give specific situation like a story telling time. How it happen who said what, who left the residence etc.......... It will also help to explain how your life change after the abuse.

To anyone who have an idea or experience;

My I-360 was approved and now am just waiting for my I-485 which was filled with my I-130 to be linked to my approved I-360. Does anyone know how long am seriously thinking about sending a new I-485 because this is really frustrated and I can't stop thinking about the whole process to be over.

It would be really helpful if you guys posted your timeline...

On another note, we need to be very patient... USCI has 6146 applications pending and they only completed 183 in Feb... Only 2%!!!! That means they are slow as ever!!! :wacko:
