my lawyer resend every think need on First RFE good moral ( report finger print ) and more photo, also resend again i-485 ,i-756, i-130 ,

Congrats. On your approval.I think the next process is to have an interview for your I-485. In your timeline it looks like your case took one year to be approved which is not that bad. Could you tell us what kind evidences you had I mean for abuse, good faith marriage and good moral character as well. Your reply will be appreciated. Thanks

I just received an approved i360 vawa petition from VSC dated January 26, 2011. The petition was approved on December 20, 2010 and I have a pending I485, filed on January 2010 and I asked the local office during my interview to hold on to it till my VAWA I360 is approved. Now, my VAWA I360 has been approved, I would immensely appreciate your kind help if someone can help me with the following questions.

1. How long does it take for an approved VAWA I360 from VSC to notified National Benefit Center to link my pending I485 to m approved I360?

2. Has anyone ever experienced this situation and how long did it take before securing interview notice?

3. Do I need to contact the local office since I suspect my pending I485 should be at the NBC or do you think its been transferred to local office.

I have read couple of things online but I would really appreciate if someone can help me out. Many thanks as look forward to hearing from you guys[/b][/b]

Update: I received my prima facie extension, a few days ago. It still dosen't show that my case was touched. Oh well!

I sent state clerances for good moral character, letters/affidavits from friends, etc.

Hospital paper.

Combined bank statements, proof of living together, pictures, marriage certificate.

you should expect interview, first the A file has to transfer to your local office that will take month or two. Once the file is transfered then Officer will ask foir the visa number fron NVC and same time interview letter will be issued. You will be submitting Physical exam as well as the I 485 biometric if you have not done yet.

Pascal long time didn't hear from you. How are you looking in your court process ? I was just curious bcuz my situation is more like yours.

I represent myself in court. I am in immigration limbo for ever( more then 13 years). Actually my a file is lost in immigration and no one declared the file lost ( there is standard procedure to do that, on one followed) USCIS system shows that file exist in some different location but when officer request , request just fell on deaf years.

Twice I was in removal proceedings, once it was terminated and I had I 485 interview but there were no A file, so Officer took my copy and stamped it as denied as my ex withdrawn my petition. Same denial initiated removal proceedings and I was in court again in front of same judge.

I filed WAVA, it took one and half year to approve, but again, Court was looking for A file. Governmebt attorney initiated request to get a file, he want to make sure that I have all appropriate forms intact ( if not and he agree to terminate proceedings, It will be denied again, I will be back in court again). He ask me to file I 485 again, OF course I have to do Finger print, Medical again too. Only differnence You will have that I will get GC on Temporary A file. ( record will be recreated and T- file will be created.

I learned a lot on the procedd and I also represent myself in court.

congrats Pascal! that was a good job u did to represent ur self. I wish i could do that & save some money. This time the IJ will not deny it becoz u have approved VAWA. VAWA will take care of u ...babie! now start enjoying urself for the years u've suffered. Congrats again
