They transfer my file to local center or to National Record Center. Why? I didn't get decision yet. That's what my attorney wrote me today and also she will push forward to locate my file and try to get me scheduled for an interview. Does it mean i get approved? Will see what she answer to me tomorrow.

It's very puzzling, I think that the web site was perhaps updated wrong because I was looking at I-765 Application for Employment Authorization Based on a pending I-485 adjustment application [©(9)] October 01, 2008, before it was 3 months so I don't know. Very confused.

N-400 Naturalization

04th Dec, 2012 - N-400 filed

12th Dec, 2012 - NOA Received

14th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Letter Received

26th Dec, 2012 - Biometrics Completed

11th Jan, 2013 - Placed inline for Interview

07th Mar, 2013 - Scheduled for interview

16th Apr, 2013 - Interview Date

16th Apr, 2013- US Citizen (End of USCIS Journey)

It's very confusing when I saw those processing times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I have GOOD NEWS :  ( I rather called it BLESSING :innocent: )

My lawyer aplied for renewing my EAC on 06/16/09 and I got my original card today in the mailbox!!!!!!!!!! After one month ONLY!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised and amazed, they did not even request me to get my finger prints done!!!!!!!!!!My vawa is not touched, since april 2009, when I got my first prima facie letter. I'm very excited because this is the first time that they approved my EAD that fast and also valid for 2 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just can't believe it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will keep looking to hear from you guys.........I hope everyone of us could bring your own happy and good news soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:o Have you checked their website today again? (07/16/09). They have changed the dates AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Today they have posted that processing times are April 29/2008. So, it means that in the whole last month, went from April 8 to April 29!!!!!!!! That's it???? In one whole month they just worked 21 days, less weekends and holiday (july 4th)........14 days? OMG..........What did they do the rest of the month?

I'm so happy for you, my EAD is only good for 1 year, I hope by then I'll be approved. I was able to renew my driver's license but there is a "temp immigrant status" right in front and only good for 1 year.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to ALL our good news....God Bless
