Then again my lawyer messed up when she sent my docs. she waited until two weeks after she sent everything except my marriage certificate and my spouse(USC) birth certificate. So she sent them by the end of september i was so pissed at her. I heard if you dont get a prima facie that means your case is weak and may not get approved. can anybody comment on that.?

Yahya54, i hope you get approved soon. Did you do any I-130 interviews with your citizen spouse?thats the file they probably refering to.But anyway i wish you a good to you and to anybody else.

To All: Can/Has anyone sent CD or DVD to Vermont? Are they allowed through mail? I have a recording I have transcribed. I want to send the original file also. Thanks in advance.

I bet thats a good idea and a solid evidence. Check instructions for filing VAWA or call them. I'm not sure if they accept any other types of evidence except the paper ones.

By the way, i can't check my case status since yesterday. Is the system down or what. Weird.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I am finally free, goodness, i just cant beleive it. My green card journey was painful because of thier mistakes with adress changing so i had to wait about 4months for the new interview letter and they messed up again with it and mailed it to the wrong adress so i missed the interview :wow: After that i went to infopass and did not leave till they gave me the new interview dates right there.

So interview was done a month ago, was nothing, no questions about abuse or anything, lady just said to be careful with online dating like i plan to do so again LOLOL and that was it. looked at the originals of documents like SSN, birth certificate, passport etc; also said to take new finger prints since mine were too old, and wait for decision. today i finally got the "card production ordered" email from USCIS.

So my I-485 process took 7months and 5days total since my I-360 approval, did everything by myself.

Now lets dance and celebrate :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Good Luck to each of you whos waiting and lots of patience................ it feels soo good at the end.
