Now im thinking can i reapply for a work permit then ill just send it with the I485? my stupid lawyer didnt send those with my I360

So Sorry Cant Explain But i-485 approve i-360 if you file it .i-485 puch the process of i-360 .i-485 give light to i-360 .i-485 is Other Evidence inside your i-360 ,i-485 give weight to your case ,i-485 is necessary for the claim on i-360 also give you right to request EAD and to travel anytime .i-485 please file it as soon as possible .look at first post how frustrated for lostin and victoriasmine and many members but they file i-485 1 year later and there i-360 got approved in 1 or two months they will not tell you .i wish i can explain to you .i wish i could explain!!!!!!! the officer process your i-360 if he see that you have i-485 on the systeme pending he will approve your i-360 .if you have them both with him that mean a Lots .

if you maried someone you should stay with him rest of life .all Men Same( part good and part bad ) you dont have to get maried for work permit . just print two form i-485 and G324 a .,i-765 and two picture and copies of your passport .that all if they need medical exams they will ask you at the interview .send them by fedex to vermont with fees waiver .if you have medical bills or anyproblems write letter for hardship and ask them that you want work to support your self .then they will approve the EAD .if you send i-765 only .you will not get anything just denial notice .do not talk with ur attorney about this .your attorney just for i-360 your attorney want give you hard time .but you can file them by your self .then you will renew your DL .

Do you think I should file another I-485/I-765 along with my 360? I knew Tuna did it. Has anyone successfully preserved an I-485 filed with your spouse and linked it to your 360? hello, and yes i linked my I-485 to the I-360. My I-485 was filed on april 2009 and i filed I-360 on late june 2009 asking them to connect my I-485 with the I-360 petition, sent the notice showing that I-485 was pending already. Thnx God, they did everything correctly and i didnt have to resend I-485 and repay for it. But you never know, they do lots of mistakes there so it is just the mattter of luck:) you should try it:)

Can you share some of the evidences you just sent, hey but the way Congras.on approval you deserve it, i know what you have been through, i myself went through the same route but it is hard for a man to overcome lots of obstacle specially when you have to deal with some evils woman.I filed my I-360 back in August with a lawyer but never got a Prima Facie don't know why but i had a letter saying they are waiting for some file from a different office, i'm removal also and my masterhearing is schedules for Nov.4, if you can give us some infos will appreciate it. thx...

I only have one thing to say for anybody thinking about filling VAWA in the future keep in mind that USCIS are not stupid, they know everything don't try to lie to them and don't say your ex beat or abuse you because He/She was drunk or high on drugs or stuff like tha

t, because they are gonna to say HE/SHE is not bad person and HE/SHE was above the influence... keep that in mind. Thank you GOD BLESS.

Yes, you have to write a letter on a separate piece of paper stating that your I-485 is already pending with them and you would like them to connect it to your I-360 if possible and include the copy of I-485 notice. if they do so, you will be fine. so good luck with it. i was filing by myself too, so try to make the petition as clear as possible with lots of explanation letters. They do not like to think HEHEHE so, chew chew everything out for them:)

I am happy to share if anyone of you can get help Its worth every penny. I am in Immigration limbo sice 1994. long time. I filed WAVA myself and didnot had any help from anyone, other then some affidavits from friends.

First RFE I only attached , Good moral report and my statement and copy of birth certificate of kids and school records. USCIS send me RFE , almost denied letter stating that, this does not corrobrate the cruelity, school record are not authentic, Spouse living and cheating doesnot qualify for WAVA, even her hand written letter with lots of curses were not qualify for WAVA. and they ased me more evidence.

I went to school and got a letter from principal stating that this letter and records are true. Then I wrote my stated point to point one by one and put evidences to my best.

I did not had any police report, No psy report, No shelter or any kind of case worker report etc.

Basically I studied about what Officer is looking for to get the cruelty, and what I have thats qualify for WAVA. I wrote truly all the things.

Thats why almost denial decision reverted to Approved. I am going to talk to Immigration judge so he can move my hearing date earlier to get me adjustment. NO I don't want to file for differed action because It will be easy to get adjusted in court then the Regular process. The best part is I am not mute( I don't have attorney) otherwise its depends upon the attorney to ask for date or terminate proceedings, etc cost $$$$.
