the request for evidences you send on september not satisfy the requirements requested by the officer and send you diplicate notice the same as the RFE notice to tell you instruction you should folow everything on that notice .the Officer now will talk to you straight and will tell you .

This Office requested this and this and this and this .

this office again request that and that and that . you should respond on 60 days .or extension will be used .the approval come right away after RFE recieved by the officer sometime the same day he recieve the RFE take decision approval if not the intend to deny take more days to explain to you on the notice .

i and no one know what yet .but i know after rfe approval or intend to deny or denial .

if you get intend to deny forget attorneys or lawyers .you should continue folow the maontain by your self .the light and the door for you is to send anything its over .you should send 13 affidavits for each requirements they need or you need .if you have no evidences left .

you are on the hard stage now keep patient .i wish not intend to deny but its not over yet .good luck .i-360 harder twise for men remember .the only way go to look for your spouse record on court or credit bureau or dmv or previous mariage .that will turn you the victim .the blood come out from my eyes in the same steps for 51 months .

the bottom part says it will take two bussiness das to make decision too.

Now I Know For Sure .DIPLICATE Approval Notice .Because they approve your case after you send your RFE . they approve the case but they dont update online status .Now they reasure the approval notice mailed of the decision .the decision made but its not denial at all and not intend to deny at all .100% its approval Congrat .

Hey Pascal, i dont think its approval or denial letter. I recollect having gotten a similar letter after submitting my RFE, it just means your case has resumed processing and would take upto 60 days for a decision to be taken. The acceptance letter means they have accepted your RFE documents that were submitted or something in that context.

That said, my input here is just based on my experience, with every case being handled differently, yours might be a approval (atleast hope it is). good luck.

I have received email on 12 oct and my petition still under acceptance . The above paragraph says that USCIS will take only two bussiness days for the decision, its already 5th day, neither I received any letter from Immigration nor I have any change in status.. I am worried. My petition was touched almost everyday till today.

I am looking people's timeline, all the approved I360 had processing resumed, decision will be in 60 days. mine is different only.. No one has acceptance and two bussiness day acceptance. can someone enlighten me?

Congratulation . the approval notice will have approval date 14 october for sure ,12 RFE Recieved .13 reviewed and the supervisor involve on the decision .14 approved 15 case closed the notice and update will be on your hand less than two weeks ,the acceptance is for the evidences submited staisfy the requirements because your case was held at the officer disk and review the RFE submited the same day recieved . if its not approval this message will be my last one on visajourney .i am positive 100 % .the same things 19 , 20, 21 . 22 .tomorow will be No toush .until the day they sent the notice .could be tomorow or in two weeks .this is how most members get approval .

It's been 6 months since I send my RFE and its been 24 months since I send my vawa and Nothing. You tell me about the unfair in this life and to answer your question No you can't get married while your case is pending if you do that will be a ground for denial. I must know what you feel it very frustrated we all need to get married and have children and move on whith our life but unfortunately this nothing you could do but wait. ......good luck to you and to every on her waiting

your case still pending that is a good signe .mosthly pending security clearance including to see if you remary again while your case pending .if your spouse get maried again that is his life and has right to do so to have familly and kids to live with .that why he get divorce to find someone else to be with because you are not home anymore .he cannot maried while he is still married with you .

You cannot maried because its impossible to claim abuse and maried again that mean you are never been a victim of anything of your mariage .because victims of domestique violence cannot and will not maried or involve on any kind of relationship or mariage or even have new friends less than 5 years . this is why most cases get delayed for this reason .to get maried again its not easy . because victims of domestique violence see the mariage like a ghost and nightmare after the abuse .you do not have right to control your spouse or someone else you know control your spouse for his future life .everything done you should wait until you find someone you trust .because if you maried so fast you gona be with someone worse trust me . i was in horrible abuse 6 years ago and still scared to maried someone else to finish the abuse job .thank god i am still in life .

other way you can withdraw your petition and file again .processing time 5 months now .
