the RFE come right away with 1 hard toush mean with update ,soft toush mean just toush without update .i think both toush for Proma facie renewal .because first toush for granted second prima facie the time printed out and put information into your i-360 petition ,second toush to close the case .because must be two code ,one code to open file other one to close it .like when you get EAD ,two toush .

now prima facie on its way because they need more time to make decision .if you are going trough security clearance that is good news .No petition will be approved without security clearance its the LAW Now for all application and everyone including EAD .if you have clean background check ,you are aproved .if you have record RFE will be used for only good moral character and that is easy to prove .i think if ur lawyer get voice message that u r going trough check clearance ,you prove all requirement .when the approval is ready .uscis always make sure and do background check to send approval ,because all uscis officers are carefull to prove someone and get into real trouble rest of there life .sometimes if uscis officers stuck and not know what to do .they should contact the great person in DC who know the eqaul Right law for recomondation and permission to approve the case .i been there the recomandation back favorable and the officer approve the case smiling and have peace of mind that he is out of that decision .because he is always tell me you no longer here .

i wish you good news and i am sure you deserve approval . Be Strong as much as you can .only people who is hurted very badely both side get approval .

So yeah, No touches today, So I guess that confirms that it is just a Prima Facie renewal..... AlhamdulilAllah ( Whatever God wants to happen, will happen)

Hello all member

Jus stoppin by how is everyone doing anybody got approved lately?

Me myself, is just busy looking for a job I got my EAD a week ago .

Also they gave me RFE expired on Nov 15.I'm just wondering what else you can send to uscis as we live together since I don't have friends from where I live with my exhusband and I only got one mail that came from my cousin where I still living with my ex?

So I hope everybody will approve from the bad experienced way back the past.

HI,

I don't know your exact situation, but here are some general documents to work on. Remember you can look up alot of joint bills or bills that have your name on it in the same address as his online:

- Joint Bank accounts

- Joint health insurance

- Joint car insurance

- Joint lease agreement

- Joint AAA account

- Joint car title

- Joint Costco Card

- Joint cable bill

- Joint Utility Bill

- Affidavits from Neighbors and friends/or land lord that you were living together

- If you have police reports, you can ask the police officer to testify that you were both together in the house when the violence or abuse occured

- USCIS copies of reciepts that were sent to you while you were filing your first AOS

- We both owned a cat, and I got a Vet bill with both out names on it

I hope this helps.... I pray for All of this for this horrible journey to be soon (InshAllah)... :wacko:

Hey Transporter, u can get Medicaid, food stamp and financial aid for school. I'm not sure what other benefits you can get. Good luck though.

Guys what public benefits i'm eligble in my prima facie?

hi there, i could not get any benefits with prima facie, they said i need to be a resident to get something, although i had a little child and had no income at that time, they did not care, the only thing they offered me was to come back with green card HAHAHA. i think it depends on the state. So good luck with it:)

You never know what those touches can be for Tuna. My petition was touched 2times and in about a week i got the approval notice. All you can do it to wait for a hard update in the site or prima facie in the mail:)
