not ever every body kwala ... i joined this fourm when it was 3 pages now its 155 and this fourm what keep me going im one of oldest memeber her if i know somthing i will shaer it but i do a gree with that we should keep this fourm a life and not leave it after we got what we need

I will help as much as I can.. all my batchmate in this forum had already been approved.. so what can I say? I filed May 2008 no nothing until now.

They got my RFE last month and no update to date this is frustrating.. I lost count.. i didn't bother to count how long have i been waiting

Its funny.. You are waiting since 2008? I am in immigration limbo since 1997.. still did not got my green card. My kids are already 10 and 8. born in US. No crime nothing. normal process takes year ot 1 1/2. but mine?

ITS IMMIGRATION. look at my timeline, you will see they even denied my EAD anf then approved again. Its an ongoing process. All depends on whom you are dealing with. My emotions sometimes runs so high that I should either leave everything and just leave or just...

May 26th, 2009 : WAVA filed.

June 1st, 2009 : RFE issued Good moral: replied june 15th 2009

July,17 2009 : Prima facie approvel received.renewed again march 3, 2010

February 2, 2010 :I-765 filed, : denied

August 12,2010 :RFE issued on WAVA, more evidence needed.

sept 3rd 2010 : I-765 filed again. 9/15/2010:Filing receipt received.

Sept 15,2010 : REF answered with all evidences.9/17/2010:RFE recvd by USCIS.

Sept 19, 2010 : I 765 approved.

Sept 19,2010 : I360 touched. status changed to RFE Under review.

sept 20th 2010 : I 765 card production ordered, No Biometric, no picture etc.

sept 21 2010 : I 765 touched, still card in production.

Sept 22,2010 : I-765 touched, Card in production.

Sept 23, 2010 : I765, touched, Approval letter mailed. Card approved (???)

Sept 24,2010 : I 765 touched again. No change???

Sept 27, 2010 : EAD received.

october 3, 2010 : old expired EAD from last year touched (#######?)

October 5, 2010 : I 360 touched.

October 12,2010 : I 360 touched. Acceptance letter issued.???

Oct 13, 2010 : court date with IJ. I,m my own lawyer.

oct 13, 2010 : I 360 touched.

oct 14th2010 : I 360 touched

oct 15 2010 : I 360 touched.

OCt 20,1020 : I 360 approved.letter received.

oct 25 2010 : I 360 touched.

april 20 2011 : court date. I,m my own lawyer.I expedited my date: filed I 485, new date January 9th 2011, case terminated.

may 9th 2011 : I 485 interview.

MAy 25th 2011 : Card production ordered.

Dear KWALA ,my rememberI told you that my case denied,I called my lawyer he said now we cant do any thing before we recevied any thing from USCIS. I got infopass that guy was not ready to listen

any thing from me he said your case is denied that way I can't listen any thing I called USCIS they said that I can't give you any kind of information because you are third person.

only you are the one person that is telling me that my case will not denied because it was touched after denied my heart now brokelets see what happan next.

My I-360 was touched today for the first time since April... Oh please GOD let USCIS Approve it sooon !!!! :unsure:

Please guys.. I need all the prayers I can get... I have a feeling that this is either going to be an RFE, or another Prima Facie extension...

I'm so anxious and nervous... but I know that on God (Allah) is the one that sees the unseen.. He knows what is best for all of us...

Thanks Andrea! :) I completely understand what everyone is going through... I don't know what to tell everyone but to make sure you have strong evidence and I would suggest and pretty good lawyer. I still can't believe my I-360 approved; it is really a surreal feeling. But my journey is not done yet, and I have no idea when my interview will be or how it will turn out.

Quick question... Does USCIS touch your File before they issue you an RFE? Or do they just issue you the RFE without touching your case before?

the RFE come right away with 1 hard toush mean with update ,soft toush mean just toush without update .i think both toush for Proma facie renewal .because first toush for granted second prima facie the time printed out and put information into your i-360 petition ,second toush to close the case .because must be two code ,one code to open file other one to close it .like when you get EAD ,two toush .

now prima facie on its way because they need more time to make decision .if you are going trough security clearance that is good news .No petition will be approved without security clearance its the LAW Now for all application and everyone including EAD .if you have clean background check ,you are aproved .if you have record RFE will be used for only good moral character and that is easy to prove .i think if ur lawyer get voice message that u r going trough check clearance ,you prove all requirement .when the approval is ready .uscis always make sure and do background check to send approval ,because all uscis officers are carefull to prove someone and get into real trouble rest of there life .sometimes if uscis officers stuck and not know what to do .they should contact the great person in DC who know the eqaul Right law for recomondation and permission to approve the case .i been there the recomandation back favorable and the officer approve the case smiling and have peace of mind that he is out of that decision .because he is always tell me you no longer here .

i wish you good news and i am sure you deserve approval . Be Strong as much as you can .only people who is hurted very badely both side get approval .
