Pascal, my EAD was approved and I got the card in January. In June it was touched again. I sent my RFE in April and I still haven't gotten a decision. The timeline is a waste of time. I filed since November of last year but my lawyer advised me not to rush them to make a decision. Just have patience guys. God will make a way for us.

your time line , last entry I guess it should be I 360 instead if I765.. Am I right?

you already had EAD approved, once its approved, it will not be touched .. right?

No they touched the I-765 after it got approved! Don't ask me why :unsure:

Omg my ead approved last Wednesday sep 15th . Now I can get a job but I'm just wondering how long you will get it on mail ?

And also they already sent me an RFE for good faith marriage and for vawa ...

Two seperate issues. EAD will come within two weeks. RFE you can answer before the time of 87 days expiration. prepare all the evidences

1 you were married and lived together, 2. USC cruelty occured. Keep in mind if your partner just cheated on you does not fall into WAVA claim.

May 26th, 2009 : WAVA filed.

June 1st, 2009 : RFE issued Good moral: replied june 15th 2009

July,17 2009 : Prima facie approvel received.renewed again march 3, 2010

February 2, 2010 :I-765 filed, : denied

August 12,2010 :RFE issued on WAVA, more evidence needed.

sept 3rd 2010 : I-765 filed again. 9/15/2010:Filing receipt received.

Sept 15,2010 : REF answered with all evidences.9/17/2010:RFE recvd by USCIS.

Sept 19, 2010 : I 765 approved.

Sept 19,2010 : I360 touched. status changed to RFE Under review.

sept 20th 2010 : I 765 card production ordered, No Biometric, no picture etc.

sept 21 2010 : I 765 touched, still card in production.

Sept 22,2010 : I-765 touched, Card in production.

Sept 23, 2010 : I765, touched, Approval letter mailed. Card approved (???)

Sept 24,2010 : I 765 touched again. No change???

Sept 27, 2010 : EAD received.

october 3, 2010 : old expired EAD from last year touched (#######?)

October 5, 2010 : I 360 touched.

October 12,2010 : I 360 touched. Acceptance letter issued.???

Oct 13, 2010 : court date with IJ. I,m my own lawyer.

oct 13, 2010 : I 360 touched.

oct 14th2010 : I 360 touched

oct 15 2010 : I 360 touched.

OCt 20,1020 : I 360 approved.letter received.

oct 25 2010 : I 360 touched.

april 20 2011 : court date. I,m my own lawyer.I expedited my date: filed I 485, new date January 9th 2011, case terminated.

may 9th 2011 : I 485 interview.

MAy 25th 2011 : Card production ordered.

ok just to let everyone in this forum.. i cant believe this journey is over.

i got my GC in mail yesterday.members here who have already got their GC can relate to the relief and joy and the rest will hopefully experience it soon too.

I thank God primarily and ofcourse friends in this forum who make every effort to keep morale high. Wish everyone good luck and i will continue to try and offer my few cents everytime i can in this forum.good luck to everyone

No they touched the I-765 after it got approved! Don't ask me why :unsure:

I know for sure that I-765 gets touched if you have a address change even if the case is already approved. There are also other times when it gets touched after approval like when they move some cases from service center to NBC or vice versa.I once also had an update which later on I found out was due to a system glitch (it was mentioned in one other site i found via google). i would just say no worries on that.

Tuna_fsk, to answer your qution i got the same letter that the decision will be delyed and as result no body touch my case for the first 10 month and calling the 1800 its wast of time will get generic responses if you have more evidence and you like to send that will speed your case

i been watting for 23 month now and still NO decision most people think that when is case taking so long its mean that the case is weak or somthing BUT NO. THAT NOT THE CASE only god and VSC know what i want thru with my x and i dont know why thy are taking so much . as what i leran from this process that we have to be pation and it could take up to 36 month :wow:

everything that happening at this moment is a RESULT of the CHOICE you ve made in the past...

Hi Folks, I have a question about evidences for Good Moral Character. I have been in a northeast state for 2 years and 10 months. I have obtained a good conduct certificate from my current city. It will expire in a week but I am still preparing my 360. I want to ask if how to obtain a police clearance from state government and how long it will take to do that. Please share your experience. Each state is different. My state (WI) it takes a week (3-5) days. Al;l u need is to send a self addressed envelope, filled out form and ur right thumb print from ink. If u have no record, it returns in a day.

But local police, we get it on spot, and it states that as per that day...no record exists.

Another thing guys and girls, good moral support is not limited to police records. I submitted affidavits from places I had volunteered and am sure it helped move things along. I never had any bank statements, or filed taxes, or pyschological reports. My affidavit and people who knew me.

Anything that shows you are a good person. As a children book author, am sure it moved things alittle.

To all who are waiting: every cloud has a silver lining. All problems come to an end.

Well, yesterday my lawyer sent out a request to USCIS to extend my prima facie determintaion... I hope that ignites something with USCIS to look at my case and not forget it.... waiting waiting waiting... :wacko:
