Mgeni just continue to pray and have faith in God!!!! I'm still waiting for my case to be approved!!!! I thought I would hear something this week but my case was touched last Saturday and that's it!!! I can't wait for this to be over!!!! Its annoying and stressing. I have nightmares. Kwala, why do u think they are taking so long????? 60 days has passed!!!!

Hi Kymber 22

i am sure your case is approved .because its over 60 days that mean Good news .the denial will be less than 60 days .also the approval notice always take time to be send is like when you get the card they told you CARD ORDERED .IS THE SAME THINGS NOW DOCUMENT APPROVAL NOTICE SENT .you should wait and just live normal this processs will hurt you if you are waiting everyday .just relax i am sure you are approved .

other way VSC Stcuk with your case that mean approval is comming .if your case denied .vsc will send you denial right away so fast .be patient i know how you feel .appproval take time for many reason sometimes visa availability also the amounths of approval is limited each year .

do not worry now send letter to vermont also ombudsman also senator .

it aint about how hard you hit .its about how hard you can get hit and how much you can take and keep moving forward even broken

I went to my laywers office today. He said that was very unsual way of conducting the i-360 interview. He said he will file a complain with the service for the stuff he violated. He said he must be new or something but he will find out. That made me feel a little bit better.

Thank God kymber22, because nowadays they approve very fast. I had to wait for 19 months for that approval. i guess you are OK as Kwala said, my 60 days expired before they send the aproval then i later received it. I received it in march 10th but the actual approval day was january 25th. So be strong!!

My I-485 & I-765 was touched on 06/26/2010

Also my I-485 was Transferred to USCIS Office on 07/01/2010 .......but I don't know if it is a USCIS Local Office

My I-485 was also touched today on 07/02/2010

I pray for a quick and complete approval of my I-485.....OMG! I can't wait anymore, am so happy and nervous at the same time. Please guys can someone tell me what is the next process from here.. My passport has expired and I need to renew it ASAP...I might be called for an interview soon. Yahyah hang in there approval is on the way.

I guess they transfered ur case to the local office. Thats what they did mine. After they transferres to local office they called me for fingerprints then immediately after fingerprints they send a interview letter a week later.

sweet mgeni - so very sorry to hear about your experience! That is just so wrong!! Hang in there. I am assuming that was your interview for I-485 after your I-360 approval, right? If that is the case they are not supposed to ask you about the details of I-360. The IO should know better and realize that the bad experiences are something the victims are trying to forget on not relive them to be miserable. It's just plain disgusting. BTW it's good that you discussed things with your lawyer. It is ok to report such people and there is provision for that. Also, some of the questions e.g. about race (black or white) are just prejudice. Be sure to also share this information with your local Congressman and report the exact person so that he does not harm your case and he does not treat others in the same manner. I remember, a Congressman's office once told me that no officer is allowed to misbehave regardless of the immigration status. At the smae time, it is understandable that it is intimidating and the ones that have control issues tend to misbehave like this. Let your lawyer handle this and make sure that the lawyer is absolutely with you in all future interviews in case they call you again. I know it's horrifying, but try not to think about the abuse and focus on what's ahead. Better days are yet to come and they will come. Hang in there! If you need a shoulder to cry on we are always here.

Victoryismine - Congratulations! Finally the victory is yours and am really excited for you. Can't wait to hear back from you about your GC in your hands! Do keep us posted...

As for me, still waiting anxiously, and now recently found out that my abusive spouse is spreading lots of horrible rumors about me and lying left, right, and center to spoil my reputation and spoil my future. How not dignified! Will he ever stop! That monster!

What will happen or what can I do if I go for my interview and its the same Immigration Officer that interviewed me and my ex-spouse initially is the one that will interview me again for my Adjustment Status...What should I do if he is asking me all the questions about the I-360 and the prove of abuse...Please guys I need a concrete advice..My lawyer is asking for a lot of money to follow me to my interview and I don't have such a huge amount....Am planning to go by myself...But I needed some advice of what to do when I get there because its the same USCIS office that my ex-spouse withdraw my petition from and they put me on deportation proceedings before Immigration Judge closed my case for USCIS I-360 Adjudication....My ex-spouse have flooded some false accusations about me to that office initially..long time ago....Any concrete advice from a reliable veterans here will be appreciated...Thanks am waiting!!!!!

Hello fallow member

I will like to share something about my case I don’t know if effect the outcome of my case WHEN I FILE I360 somehow my ex spouse did know ABOUT IT and its turn out that she did call (ICE) immigration and custom enforcement about me to get me deported after she withdraw i130 because we were having very nasty custody fight in court and my attorney told me that (ICE) ATTORNEY DID TOLD HER ABOUT YOUR PETITION when she request them to take action against you so she kept threaten me about the vawa

So when my immigration attorney prepare the cover letter for the RFE he kept in pushing them that was volition in the immigration part and they should never leaked any info about my vawa so I don’t know if this will be good or bad for me

everything that happening at this moment is a RESULT of the CHOICE you ve made in the past...
