cAN ANYONEADVICE AS HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE AOS INTERVIEW AFTER I-360 IS APPROVED. I FILED IT CO CURRENTLY WITH I-360 AND MY FILE HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED TO NBC, WHEN WILL I GET THE BIOMETRIC APPOINTMENT.

check my time line, it should give you an idea, all in all you should have green card in hand within 3 months

Oh my gosh! I just happened to check by chance right now and saw that my I-485 and I-765 were touched today what's going on? I am feeling a lil nervous coz there was no touch on the I-360. Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone? I hope everything is ok and everything goes through well. I don't know if I will be able to sleep tonight wondering what's going on... I think I will have some peace of mind only after the whole process is completed. Someone please tell me if this has happened to anyone else. Thanks!!

I surely hope you are right. At the same time this seems too good and soon to be true!! Well, of course I am hoping for the best. So now we are playing guessing games on the approval date right? lol

So assuming they are still working on it? This curiosity is really killing me... urghhh Gosh! how we lose patience even when we see touches!

when the i-485 toushed the i-765 is just a moror of it and should be matsh with same information on the green card process .is good things will come up later .

now vawa process is 5 months I WAS WAITING 4 YEARS that why i know with the touch the case can be approved or denied .

Well, I hope you are right and praying for you to be right. Yes, I do believe you. Please don't misunderstand. It's just that the process drains you out and when you see some light at the end of the tunnel you start pinching yourself wondering if you are truly seeing the light. I hope you understand. Colours, keep me updated on what's going on with your case....I guess we are in the same position!!!! Our I485 and or I765 was touched today.....my I360 was touched on Monday....I'm soooo nervous. Kwala, I love your positive and reassuring vibezzzz!!!! I trust u and after all I have been through, God won't let me come this far and leave me!!!! I'm praying for all of us!!!!!

Hi Everyone....

This is sooo weird..

I filed my I-360 along with my I-485 and I-765 and I-131 on April 16, 2010

My I-765 got approved on June 17, 2010

Last time they touched my Vawa is on April 27, 2010

Today the touched my APPROVED I-765 again AND the I-485, but not the vawa...

What do you guys think this means... Should I be worried that they are touching my I-485 and not my VAWA???

I am really confused!! This process sure stresses the heck out of anyone....

Any Ideas?
