Hi guys, hope everyone cases are going well. Congrats to victoryismine!!!! I waiting for a decision with my case right now. My case was touched on Monday and also my application 1485!!! A bit confused why they touched the I485 without making a decision on my I360. Good luck to everyone though!!!!

hi .if they toush your i-360 and also your i-485 .that is definitely aproval .wait two weeks from now may be this friday approval .because everyone has A# number and the i-485 is your file number .befor sending approval of i-360 ,the officer should put the approval on your A# .now relax and good luck you are approved Congratulation and wish your life become succesfull .

i am teling you the toush on your i-485 and i-360 got to your file A# oxxxxxxxxx .is something always positive not nihative trust me .

Ahhh Man I Am tryly truly happy for you .you deserve approval after all this horrible long time terrible story .the next process will be easy if you take CARE of that approval ,do not do anything wrong can hurt your approval .ALWAYS take your time and advise from experienced people befor comunicate with uscis .just folow the LAW process of your i-485 if already filed ,the i-485 is part of the approval of i -360 remember and they will tell you that on the update of i-485 .they can send you green card without interview if all the evidence you send is strong .the interview is part of the approval .most of people approved at the interview stage in just 5 min .all they need at the interview is .good moral charachter and medical exams that you are healthy .good luck and wish you contitue a successful life with your familly .take care of your familly and your self .you suffer enaugh Manu haha .

5/2007- Package mailed with 1st I-485, I-765, I130, I131

6/2007- RFE mailed & case resumed

8/2007- Initial interview with spouse and USCIS

1/2008- I131 and I765 approved after extensive background check

12/2008- 2nd I-765 approved

4/2009- Separated from spouse..

9/2009- 3rd I-765 Approved

2/2010- 2nd interview with USCIS- interrogated

2/2010- All initial applications touched

4/08/2010- Package mailed with I-360, 2nd I-485, I-765, I-131

4/17/2010- Receipt issued for each form

4/27/2010- 1st Prima Facie issued, I-360 touched

THEY APPROVED MY APPLICATION JUST NOW. I GOTMESSEGE FROM USCIS WHEN I WAS CHECKINGH THE UPDATE.

Hang in there. I know it's a very difficult journey with all the pain you have to process in your life. I guess when people say all things happen for the better, there is something good to come. I hope that is the case with everyone here. Looking on the bright side, you are removing yourselves from a horrible situation and progressing towards a peaceful drama-free life. No one deserves to be abused. Try to stay strong and hope for the best. Think about the freedom you will experience and breathe in relief. GOOD LUCK!

that is great news, I'm so happy that every week someone new has incredible news to share. I'm just hoping that I can be approved for my birthday, that would be an nice present.

sorry I haven't checked in with you guys, I just started 2nd job, so I've been really busy with work , its been 68 days since VSC Received RFE on aprial 16, so just waiting for my decision now. I'm very nervous but hoping for the best. Whatever decision is made, I will go by that and just know that everything is for a reason. How is the situation with everyone else?

My whole application process from I 360 to getting my green card took almost 3 years.

Filing I 360 3rd Nov 2005

Prima facie determination received from Vermont 20th Nov 2005

DIVORCED JANUARY 25th 2006

EAD applied for again (jeez I need to work ) 28th Feb 2006

Removal hearing July 12th 2006

RFE's received for I360 and EAD 13th October 2006

NOID received March 2007

EAD denied March 2007

Back to Immigration Court April 18th 2007

NOID request for evidence received USCIS 3rd May 2007

I 360 touched May 31st 2007

I 360 actually approved May 30th 2007

EAD filed June 23rd 2007

I 485 filed July 24th 2007

NOA1 for I 485 August 1st 2007

EAD approved August 6th 2007

Medical with CS August 28th 2007

Biometrics August 24th 2007

Paperwork sent to Immigration Judge to finally terminate removal proceedings September 10th 2007

 

GREEN CARD FINALLY APPROVED AFTER 4 YEARS September 9th 2008 :D

So sorry I haven't been around to support you guys as I would want to. I'm a flight attendant now and I'm always in the sky but please remember you are always in my prayers. Congrats to everyone that has been approved and for those still waiting; keep praying, have faith and know that everything will come together in time. Yayah hang in there, it will happen soon.
