yes if you check online and hard study online uscis .you will know that .in my case i was toushed 17/18/20/21 and got call from uscis on friday saying i am approved also next day the uscis cal me at 6:30 am morning i was sleeping and they make sure to let me know that mine is approved . but my situation is difrent they will not cal you but the notice will be send to you now from VSC .make sure your adress corect ,i told you relax relax relax .i am sure .if you contact the senator by phone now they will find out in 3 days .but the approval notice is comming now .if your case was toushed on the day they recieve it and next day .no action has been taken but the officer handl your case resumed your case in two days because you stisfy his request for evidence nd resume your case to go for approval .the denial take time to review everything again but yours is closed now and will not be reviewd .the toush on 17 is evidence for approval .because everytime an action taken on everycase the officer should scan the bar on your case because everycase has a bar or a number EAC xxxxxxxxx .then everytime your case toushed is action has been taken on the same case . even the senator will not say to you you are approved .is the law .even they know .

Hey guys do I-360 VAWA petitioners have to pay $1010 filing fee in order to file I-485 AOS? hanah did you pay filing fee? Because filing for I-360 there was no fee!

if u never been arested !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulation .the fingerprint always needed for card ordered .that hapened to me befor i got the card . dont worry the approval of i-360 is good enough.

I went to my interview on June,4 .It was just 5 minutes interviev. The officer was very nice, she told me everything is ok except that the fringerprint. When she knew i took fringerprint on Oct, 22 2008 last time.The officer sent me to take fringerprint in same day. I have been waiting for the result two weeks. so far i didn't hear anyhting from them. Do you rember how long you get greecard after took fingerprint

i found this question from someone and look the biometric finger print needed always for card PRODUCTION .be patient and wish you get the card if you did not take biometric finger print .always call the uscis customer Care for information about finger print .

I am on L2. I applied for EAD on oct 29th,2007. I got filing receipt on nov 2nd ,2007. I was waiting for my biometric appearance notice mail till now. But on mar 03,2008 , I got denied notice from USCIS saying that ,On nov 29th 2007, our office requested that you appear at your local suppor center to obtain a photograph,signature and fingerprint for document production.as of this date , you have not complied with that request.Therefore, your application is denied .There is no appeal to this decision.But to be true, I didn't get any notice mail for appearance in this regard from them.

What shall I do in this regard? Can anyone help me pls. Can I get an infopass to speak about my situation to the USCIS official, will it work? Else how can I create a motion to reopen or a motion to reconsider my case.

Yes thank you Jesus! my I-360 was approved and my I-485 was sent to NBC this morning for Standard Interview. It was updated from Initial Review to Testing and Interviewing... Is this normal?
