i file i-360 on 2006 and since the begining i have one attorney the petition lead to intend to deny ,the first attorney give the petition to experienced professionnal attorney for help but lead to denial .i withdraw my petition and file an appeal by my self .after 3 years waiting my appeal is overcome the denial decision was taken befor .

now both attorney get angry because i success my appeal by my self after they turn it complicated .

now the notice is comming but both attorney get nervous and jalous because they couldent resolve the case and now they are looking to hurt my petition .

i have question .

the attorney could hurt my petition or cannot do anything after approval.

they cant do any thing nor they not care about your petititon if they did any thing they could lose linces for that so dont even worry about that

 Hey guys long time....its been a while I have been here. I have been very busy working and rehabilitating myself back into normal life since I received my EAD. I have sent back the RFE to VSC last week. It was received and touched once this week. I am waiting for a decision any moment from now since my case was approved for Expedite. Wish me luck guys.

do mind shear what type of RFE DID RECIVED as you see i got 2nd RFE for good moreal character my attorney say that i should be approve for sure but nothing yet

I am Positive that Yahya will get Approval Soon .his case Satisfy The Requirements For Approval .wish that everyone get relief .everyone Come to This Country Ligaly Deserve Protection under the law and Not be humiliated or abused by someone like A Slave.

i Wish That Everyone have A good Life . No One Should Give Up . I am so happy that my Dad and Mom suffer hard To pay the expanse of My School To learn How To get My right Even Without Attorney .

Thank you very much. I have not received any news on my AOS or seen any touches. But thats ok since my EAD I received no touches, email alerts or text messages, even thou I am signed up for those. Oh well. I did have to redo my fingerprints since the FBI could not read the first card. I asked the Fingerprint guy why, and he said female finger prints are sometimes harder to read since we cook( having little cuts on your fingers), clean and use chemicals in the household which can make finger print hard to read. Men that are working with chemicals, chefs or so on might have a hard time getting their prints read as well.

Hi guys no news yet in my I360 and i will file the I485 and 765 this week inchallah i will let you know guys if there is any update oh by the way im not in the court system yet i hope i will never be have great week

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and I'm just about to start to file for a VAWA case for myself. Could anyone advise me if I have to hire a lawyer for this. I prefered not because I couldn't afford it. Has anyone experienced of filing their case by doing it themselves and without a lawyer?

Please help. I will highly appreciate all advises.
