Can somebody please say what question was he or she asked at the interview? I will go with my lawyer but I'm still panicking...

Hi suferia,

What I have read from senior members experiences thay have said that they do not ask any question related to your I 360 and will ask only from I 485 and they usually ask very simple question and may ask you to see the documents which they need you to bring to the interview. You may go back to this forum pages and can know about those.

I have some questions from you that have you got your interview date and Did you submitted your medical along with the AOS package or you will take it to the interview directly?

CONGRATS DEEPLYHURTED!!!

START A NEW LIFE,FORGET AND FORGIVE WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU(I KNOW IT'S NOT EASY)

I'M VERY HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!

Thanks KoshkaMoshka. I will think about my new life after all this gets over as I still have my journey left untill I am done with interview and I request you all to pray for me that it also goes smooth without any problems. I have forgiven him manytimes and at present also I do not have any hatred for him. I am just hurted very deeply with what he has done with me and my life. After all this gets over I will move forward and try getting a good job and settle myself on my own feets and live respectfully.

Thnks KoshkaMoshka. So your entire medical including vaccination cost $150. Thats great. I will call some of the CS and know about their prices. Also I have a question that did you provided your medical along with your AOS package or at the interview?

I paid separately for my blood results from the lab,I don't remember exactly how much (I believe about 100-150$$), so altogether about 300$. I was in New York,at russian medical office "Medex". My lawer gave me some phone numbers to find a med.office

Then they gonna tell you when to pick up your results in envelop. Do not open sealed envelope, you have to send it along with your AOS pakage to immigration. But when you'll go for the interview bring just in case( if the officer will ask you) your second envelope(another copy),that's what they told me at the medical office. It's simple, just make an appointment to med.office ,then they will ask you to fill out a form for Immigration(your alien number and etc), they give you some shots(if you don't have them),draw ur blood ,then a doctor asked me some questions about my health history and that's it!

Thanks schatzi3277. You are absolutely right as it depends upon the place and doctor. Did you submitted your medical along with your AOS or you will take it to the interview?

I send the envelope with the Aos package, but I also have a copy in my own files that I will take with me if needed. I also printed out the address or the civil surgeon of the uscis webpage, just to be on the safe side because with immigration you never know. On Thursday I have my biometrics and then we take it from there. Do you have a laywer or filing on your own.

Yes you can travel with an advanced parole, but only if none of your visas or the i-94 is expired or you overstayed. In my opinion it is not to be advised to take a plane. you might get lucky or not.

You don't have to go to court because you filed a vawa case.

good luck
