Thanks so much, 3bvsla, I wish you luck, I hope everything works out for you especially in 2 months. I went to my doctor this morning, she evaluated me as well, she has documentation that I told her I got married and few visits later, got separated. She asks when I went for a couple of check-ups if I was fine or feeling depressed. I did not go into details, I just told her there were some problems but I was handling it. This morning, she said that she'll give a letter of the results of my check-up. In early 2007, I did lose a lot of weight and she said that she documented that I did not look well.

I noticed that in your timeline; you filed your I-360 in Nov of '08. I filed mine in Jan of '08 and just gotten an RFE two weeks ago. Just wait and be patient, seems like your waiting is a much shorter than mine. Once again, good luck and thank you.

Hi bubbles14la, what did u get RFE for?

Hi lostinnj, my driver's license expired in late 2007, in dec when my lawyer and i started to gather declarations/proof/certifications, i thought that the police will require my license before I could get a clearance. uscis asked for that--proof of good moral character. when i went last week, i just showed them my expired license, it was easy, at first i got scared. i should have done it back in 2008. my lawyer said that it would be best also to get a letter from my doctor, i suffered severe headaches/migraines due to stress and apprehension. i was seen by her several times since 2006 up to the present. i have until last week of next month to comply and upon receipt of the documents, uscis stated in their notice that a decision will be made in 14 days.

anyway, how are you doing?

I am hanging in there, atleast trying, its now 16 months since I filed I-360, no RFE's, no touches, I don't know how to take that, whether good or bad, but like the saying "No news is good news" lol. I just wrote a letter to USCIS last week, they received it last Thursday, basically a letter to inquire about the status about my case, it's still not touched, I'm just a bit lost, just very strange that I haven't recieved anything, they just sent me a renewal prima facie last month for 150 days, it's all out of my hands, there's nothing really I can do at this point but wait, so yeah, that's my story lol.

i don't know if it's great news because in the NOA, it stated that the documents we submitted were insufficient for immigration purposes. but there's also a line there that said, if i have not heard from them w/in 60 days, i should call ncsc. it's confusing actually. for now, any good news from anyone here will really make me happy.

Yes, requests for extension need to be filed 15 days before the prima facie determination expires.

I don't know what to tell you....... my frist and only one prima facie letter it does not say that I could request an extension 15 days before expires. It only says my case will be adjudicate within 150 days (which it's at the end of sept).......What a loooooooooooong way to suffer thru this.........

Hi lostinnj, ewtn2009, biker4eva and everyone, i think i have good news, my lawyer received my EAC this morning, i'm on my way to her office to get the card. my concern is, USCIS has not approved my I-360, i have yet to send them RFE documents. maybe this is the reason why i did not get a 3rd prima facie. i'm very thankful to the Lord, but I'm not sure if i'm happy or worried.

good luck to all of us.
