im very sorry about your news i knew how you fell after watting all this time i think they must send you NOID fIRST and they shoud give you the chanc to over turn your petition befor they issu the denial. if you think you have good chance of wining the appell and you have strong case go for it and her the link for people appell vawa go throu them and read all of them this may help you

Is it possible to get a job with a VAWA approval? I have a job offer and showed the VAWA approval (I filed the AOS 5 days ago), but they are insisting on seeing the card.

What can I do?

I really need this job people, urgently.

yeah,i have a green card and in a month going for a driving test

you lucky congratulation for getting that green card trough this vawa process i file i-360 on march 2006 still pending and i have no renewal of my documents .i wish my status change .if you have green card just aply for job everywhere ,go to department of labor in your area and aply for jon of go aply for job on walmart or kroger or anyplace just for now when you find something better you can change the job .what states do you live ?

you just need EAD AND THE SOCIAL NUMBER WITH IT ITS EASY TO GET IT SOON .GO HEAD

Hi Chase, welcome. You are not alone, most of us in this forum have had similar experiences to yours. You can file all 3 concurrently, your EAD will be approved for a year. After a year you would have to renew it if you haven't yet received your green card and they would continue to renew it until your I360 is either approved or denied. They wont make a decision on your I485 until your I360 is determined. Dont worry, if you can prove your abuse and your good faith marriage, you should be approved, so far no one in this thread has been denied. Good luck!
