Recieved the Biometrics appointment notice today. Unfortuately, my husband is out of state for work that day. It says you can photocopy the notice and send it back to reschedule, but he travels about every other week for work until April, so it seems risky that they would schedule it on another date when he is gone.

Has anyone ever had to reschedule this appointment? Is it possible to do it by phone on the 800 number on the notice? TIA.

Try walking into the ASC BEFORE the appointment date, if the center is not busy, more than likely they will do it early.

Rescheduling is hazardous, many times they say it is rescheduled, and then put you down as a NO-Show.
