murag ok raman na ako gani iyaan iya bana 7 years diha sa Pinas pero nagbalik jud ang iya bana diri (sa Seattle sila nagpuyo) ug UNA tapos sunod na ako auntie dayon ug ila anak.kailangan yata mag balik siya dria para maka establish ug sarili ninyo na address your own house or apartment unya ma-qualify siya mag file ug I-864 para ma aprubahan ang petisyun

Indication of US domicile:

-establishing an address here in US

-Has a bank account and transfering funds to the US

-Has a social security number

-voting in local, state and Federal election

Goodluck.

mas maau kung before ka mag interview muoli imong bana sa usa kay ang purpose of the petition is to reunite families...if imong bana naa diri and naka afford to stay here para makauban ka then whats the point of approving you right...so better tell your husband to go home i think.

and try to make it tagalog version so a lot of people can understand and you can get lots of response for your situation..not just bisaya..hehehhehe.

I think it might be better if your husband just stay and retire there in the Philippines. Unya, magvacaion na lang kamo diri sa America every now and then. The GM pension and SS benefits might not be enough, especialmente karon na lisud kaayo ang economia diri sa America.

Anyway sister ako nalang man ge hangad sa ginoo ang tanan.

i feel you...i pray that everything will be ok for you and your husband...i wish you will take care of your husband as he trust his life to you.

if you have good intentions and good faith everything will be ok. God bless you.
