    • Still sleep in the same bedroom, even though you'd never get enough sleep again in your life

    • Sleep in different bedrooms
      8
    • Some days ''sleep'' in the same to make her/him happy, and some days in different so you could rest

  2. 2. If you were the snorer and you knew your partner could not sleep with you, would you

    • still sleep together, who cares about my partner resting
      9
    • i'd have surgery to try to fix it, only if he/she had banned me from the bedroom
      3
    • I'd have surgery because I know how i'm making his/her life miserable by denying him/her sleep
      30
    • I would complain constantly about the fact he/she doesn't want to sleep in the same bedroom instead of doing something about it

I'd definitely do anything to get it fixed. Sleeping in separate bedrooms would be terrible for both of us.

It's the same with my wife. She's a very light sleeper and I could sleep through a rock concert. I'm glad she wakes up so easily. For some reason or another, I tend to bend my neck in awkward positions when I sleep. She adjusts my head every so often.

When I snore -- and my wife says I do -- she'll poke and prod me until I turn over. Apparently I can even turn over with a simple vocal command. I'm not quite sure how I do that while asleep, but I do.

Something I've learned over time is that men snore more often than women. Hold the "no $hit" comment for a moment. The reason men snore more is due to a lack of estrogen. Sure, men have small amounts of it, but we're mostly made up testosterone. Women, on the other hand, have far greater amounts of estrogen. Somehow that decreases the incidence of snoring. However, women begin to snore more often after menopause, when estrogen levels drop off.

Question # 1:

Your partner snores so loud you can not sleep the entire night. You wake up often and take forever to fall asleep again, and then finally you get out of bed because you really can't sleep anymore, and that's like 4am. You've tried everything, ear plug, him/her wearing mouth and nose thingy, but you still can't get enough sleep. Would you...

i dont snore

i cant sleep if someone in my room is snoring
