How do you ship important documents to Jamaica?

From what I see DHL is the best, but I am confused about the address.

If they only have the local post office as an address, where does DHL drop the package off?

Can you ship gifts or will they have to pay a tax?

This question will be better answered if it was asked over in the Yardie forum. This same discussion is being discussed in that forum.
