Hello guys ,Im new here and I have some question .I came to USA with the J1 visa (au pair ) and I end up overstayed .Im filling for AOS now .Do you hink I will have any problem .Do I need pay any fine for being overstayed ??Thanks

shouldn't experience big problems and shouldn't be a fine

Ok Thanks so much !!Do you know how many passaport pictures my husband need have for all the AOS??and Do you know anything this form 1099?What kind documents my husband need sent for the Affidat Support ??

I have another question .My Husband put me in his 2008 tax returning .I have Socal security number ,but Im not legal here .We told the lady who was doing our tax ,but she told us that if we were marriade he should put my names in the tax too.So Now Im worrie ,because I thing that we souldn`t do it .Can we have problem .Thanks !!!!

IRS and USCIS are separate and have different regulations... A USC can file jointly with his/her non-resident alien spouse.

Yes, but this assumes that your USC spouse has filed previously or is filing an I-130 petition concurrently with your I-485.

Ho Ok .we are doing all the forms together and we will sent everthing togheter.So I guess Im in the right directions.Thanks so much for the information .I really appreciate it ...
