i snore..sanita does not..also, stop breathing she ahs to kick me to get me started

This is known as sleep apnea. You should see an ENT about this. Untreated, sleep spnea can lead to high blood pressure, an increased change of heart attack and stroke.

The mouthpiece that pushes the lower jaw forward helps in some cases. But a snorer can have sleep apnea without even knowing they stop breathing. Serious stuff. People I know who have CPAPs for apnea and are used to them love them. They tend to sleep better, function better during the day, lose weight in some cases, lower their blood pressure, and they do stop snoring.

My husband's CPAP has been a life-saver.... both for him and for myself. He sleeps so much better now, feels more rested in the morning, and he DOES NOT SNORE!!! That's the best part!!!!

I didn't know this, but apparently my wife has "trained me to roll over onto my side" if I start snoring. Usually I'm on my back when this occurs and so she says, "Turn over." I can be fast asleep and I'll still "hear" her and roll over.
