Pedro snores loud and a lot and I just smack him in the face/ belly/ chest.

And then he goes "what?" and I say "YOU SNORE" and he apologises and then rolls over.

One day he will stop apologizing and just get mad that you keep waking him up about it... Life experience talking here.

I nudge him if it's really loud and make him turn over, if it's quieter I can ignore it mostly.

Married since 9-18-04(All K1 visa & GC details in timeline.)

Side lying is a good thing to do if a person is keep snoring every night. Anyways, I been told that if a person is snoring, just grab a slipper or shoe and slap his/her mouth and throw the slippers right away outside the door.....and you will notice next night that this person is no longer snoring hhehehehee :D

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

I snore quite bad sometimes, but that's because our bed is pretty small. I used to sleep on my front and didn't snore when we had a california king, now we have a queen for awhile and then I am forced to lie on my back as I can't spread myself out.

I've used strips, they tear my skin up after a few consecutive days of wearing them.

I'll probably try breathright spray if anyone else can give them a thumbs up! Kourtni just wakes me up, I either get grumpy or say sorry depending on my mood, there is no assurance I won't go right back to snoring hehe, I do feel bad though, so I want to find a solution!

Most people snore loudly when they're on their back.

While sleeping on back the position of the head affects movement of air through nasal and throat passages, and the level of the vibrations cause snoring.

Encourage them sleeping on their side (instead of on back). My husbie used to snore. Now I can hardly hear it while sleeping. My Dad tried it too. There can be some other reasons. But sleeping on their side worked for my husband & dad.

I feel it in my finger....I feel it in my toes ... Love is all around me... so the feeling grows .... !!!

i snore..sanita does not..also, stop breathing she ahs to kick me to get me started

This is known as sleep apnea. You should see an ENT about this. Untreated, sleep spnea can lead to high blood pressure, an increased change of heart attack and stroke.

This is a time bomb. Eventually you and he will become resentful of this issue. My snoring destroyed my first marriage. The constant badgering by my wife did not help, it only made us both angry because we were tired all the time. I had no clue of the severity and she did not explain that I would stop breathing when I slept. After our divorce I went through sleep studies I learned that I had a disorder called "sleep apnea". Now I use CPAP and do not snore anymore.

My husband snored on his back, sides, stomach..... even if he stood on his freakin' head!!!!! It drove me out of our bedroom at night and I spent about 6 months in the guest room.

I was definitely ready to murder somebody!!!!!

He had a sleep study done, found out he has sleep apnea, and has worn a CPAP every night for almost a year now and FINALLY I can sleep at night.

It definitely would have ruined our marriage eventually because of the resentment we both felt... me for being unable to sleep and he had resentment towards me for moving out of our bedroom at night.

We tried the spray last night, $10.00 for two ounces at Walmart. It seems to help a little, but not completely. I think we will try the spray a few more nights before we give our verdict.

Hokey Smoke!
