Anyone have any way to relieve your partner's snoring?

Pedro snores loud and a lot and I just smack him in the face/ belly/ chest.

And then he goes "what?" and I say "YOU SNORE" and he apologises and then rolls over.

I sleep with the blankets over my head- I will roll up the corner a bit so there is more layers over my ears.

I got in the habit of this years ago when I would be to lazy to blow dry my hair at night and sleep with the blanket over my head to keep it warm.

that's one of my techniques as well but sometimes it doesn't work. other things I do is kick the shins, push onto the floor, take extra pillows out from under the head, roll them over

to relieve you can try ear plugs and your partner can try nose strips and that mouth thingy. if it's real bad like every night and you can't sleep even wearing earplugs, he can always have a surgery to fix it. Now if he denies to have the surgery, you can always sleep in separate bedrooms.

I have worn ear plugs in the past...but hate to do it. I cannot sleep next to someone who snores.

I know i snore. so what did i do? I got breathright's spray and that cures the problem most nights.
