hi people, I was just Wondering where you can find out.. where your passport was issued from?? As it asks for this information at the top of FORM DS156

I renewed my Pqassport in 2005, ( well my father did it for me) this is why i dont know where they sent it!

i live in the SE of england so he said it could be Newport, Wales Cardiff, Wales..Peterborugh, England

all i can find in my passport is Authority- UKPA

any help would be great

I was under the impression that it's usually it's the passport office nearest to where you live when you applied for your passport. I've in Cambridgeshire so mine was Peterborough.
