Hi all , i'm new to this forum , i use the services of www.usavisanow.com law office of maritza Diaz fo my K3 visa ,

it would be great if i get reviews on the same office please , i have already paid for their services just 500 $ would like to know more about them

Hello! I used this lawyer too! It is actually her asssistant John Dorer who you'll be dealing with for the most part. He messed up a few times on a few things but other than that we got our NOA2 in 5 months and no RFE! I would say it was a good value for $500. I think you made the right choice! Good luck if you got any questions PM me!

Beware still waiting on the I-134 pkg! Starting to worry! Got the K3 approval pkg it is very nice and neatly organized. I guess it was worth the $ after all but worried about the I-134 pkg! :blush:

after what i read i work about I134 too , he didn't mention it,he just mentioned i864 , DID he send you I134 forms to fill out?

Hello..We used the same lawyer too..although its for K1 visa..We did not encounter any RFE's or any obstacle at all..I guess they must be doing something good because we were approved in just 3 months..:)

Feb. 11, 2012 - Sent ROC application

Feb. 13, 2012 - NOA 1 date

Feb. 18, 2012 - Received NOA 1

July 18, 2012 - ROC APPROVED!

did he tell you that you need the form I134 OR I864?
