Every Super Bowl, half time show blows. I can't remember seeing one good show since I've been watching the Super Bowl, they're all horrible. The best option is to either get up and go on a bathroom break or change the channel to see what other networks are showing during half time.

You missed the obvious "third choice" (the default one of the "termially football challenged"), do something other than watching moron-box.

I like his songs when other artists cover them. He is a talented songwriter, thats it for me...not a fan

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Springsteen did a pretty good job so I have to disagree with the OP. The reason they are bringing in older (and safer) acts like Springsteen (Tom Petty last year, Paul McCartney I believe the year before, etc) is to prevent something controversial happening (i.e. Janet Jackson's fiasco). Personally I loved the 80's & I don't have a big issue with bringing back performers from that decade, but I would rather see Linkin Park, Metallica, etc.

It's not just about controversy...it's about appealing to the widest audience possible. That just ain't gonna happen with Linkin Park or Metallica...sorry... LOL

Ummmmm, HELLO....there may be some Barry Manilow or Michael Bolton fans on here! I would've definately noticed them at halftime and had them turn the volume up so I could sing along.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

I think Bruce is horrible, anyway.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I thought it was bad too - he sounded horrible. Although I think most singers do when they perform live.

Exactly. At least he was actually performing live, as opposed to some of the previous acts.

Don't be hatin' on The Boss.

Speaking of The Boss. My all time favorite Sopranos quote:

Tony to Christopher: "Where the f you been?"

Christopher: "The highways packed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive."

Sylvio (Steven Van Zandt) just keeps working.

Don't be hatin' on Micheal Bolton either! Every time he tours and one of our drivers has to go into Manhattan to pick up his gear he tips them. I've never got that gig, but the tip is allegedly around $100. That beats most acts by around $100.
