If you ignore the date they've given you then they will cancel your file, assuming you no longer want the visa.

Can't your hubby get a family member or friend to co-sponsor?

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

Call and reschedule the interview, DO NOT just ignore it.

If you reschedule, hopefully he can get a co sponsor by the time you are called again for the interview.

Also, if he gets a co sponsor, they will be aware that he does not have 3 recent check stubs.

Good Luck!

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

If you already have an I-134 signed and dated while he was still employed, I'd just have him scan and email you the most recent pay stubs he has and take them to the interview on the scheduled date. On the other hand, if he hasn't done the I-134 either, rescheduling would be your best option.

It does not matter whether I-134 filed or not, at the time of interview IO will ask the question that your sponsor currently employed or not.

Re-schedule your interview and find co-sponsor.
