We filed AOS and have interview date next week. I (US citizen) lost my job of 8 years in Nov 208 and still looking for employment. I went to school to get my real estate license and already signed with a real estate agency but still waiting for the license to arrive before I can start to sell homes. Has anyone went to an interview for AOS without employment. Should ShaSha and I just not worry about it and if asked just say im still with the same company? What should we do?

Whatever you do, DO NOT LIE to a government official. It often has bad repercussions..no it does have bad repercussions. Is there no one who can sponsor you since you are out of a job? By all means go to your interview with all that you have and explain your situation. Was you made redundant or did you leave your job? ~ I still think a sponsor is your best bet... The best of luck!
