My wife and Stepdaughter will go to the US Embassy next month for the K-3 and K-4 interview. My question is , does my Stepdaughter need a letter from her bilogical father to take it to the Embassy , or a permission letter or any document signed by him ?????

When I filed for my wifes K-1 Visa we needed a letter from the natural father or court document. I would e-mail the embassy

I-130 NOA-1 Received by Mail: 08/14/06

My wife and stepdaughter got their visas last week and the CO did not ask for it.
